Return Policy

At Linella Fashion, we want you to always be satisfied with your purchase. If the item is not quite what you expected, no problem. You can easily return your order within 14 days of receiving it. 

Important return conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, including any tags and accessories, must be intact.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Linella Fashion is not responsible for shipments without proof of postage (Track & Trace).

How to return an item at Linella Fashion

We make the return process as simple and clear as possible. Follow the steps below to ensure your return goes smoothly:

Step 1: Request the return form

Email us at support@linellafashion.co.uk and let us know you would like to return an item. We will then send you the return form, which you should complete in full. You do not need to give a reason for the return, but your feedback helps us improve our service.

Step 2: Send the package back with Track & Trace

Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging, and ensure it is unused and complete. The return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The return address will be provided on the return form.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account.
